What we collect

When you buy from us or create an account, we collect your name, email, phone number if you provide it, billing and delivery addresses, your order history, and anything you write in a gift note or a message to us.

Card details are entered directly into our payment provider's secure form. We do not see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information to take payment, deliver orders, send receipts and shipping updates, handle returns, answer questions, keep your account working, prevent fraud and meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.

We do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it, and every marketing email will let you opt out.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with companies that help us run the store: our payment provider, our hosting and database providers, our email provider and the carriers that deliver your order. They may use it only to provide those services.

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context advertising.

Cookies and browser storage

We use a cookie to keep you signed in, and storage in your browser to remember your bag. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this page first.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We keep your account details until you ask us to delete your account, unless the law requires us to keep them for longer.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update your account details at any time. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details on the contact page. Depending on your state, including California, you may have further rights, including the right to know what we hold and not to be treated differently for using these rights. We will respond within the time your state's law requires.

Security

Our checkout is encrypted and passwords are stored in hashed form. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you as the law requires.

Children

This store is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update it where the change is significant.
