Who you are buying from

This store is operated by the business named in the footer of this site. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices

All prices are in US dollars and do not include tax or shipping until shown at checkout. An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or if a price or description was wrong. If we do, we will refund any payment in full.

Sets

The saving shown on a set is the difference between the set price and the current price of its pieces bought separately.

Using our products safely

Read the label and the directions on the product page before use. Keep all liquids, powders, soaps, sachets, glass and small items out of reach of children and pets. Do not mix our products with bleach or other cleaning products. Linen water is flammable. Oxygen brightener is an oxidizer: keep it dry and do not seal a mixed solution in a closed container.

Check the care label on your garment first, and test on an inside seam where a color or fabric might be at risk. Laundry care cannot rescue every stain or every fabric, and we are not responsible for damage from use against the directions or a garment's care label.

Scent and cedar

Scent is personal and varies between batches of natural materials. Our cedar and sachets are sold for their scent. They are not pest control products.

No medical claims

Our products are household laundry products. They are not medical products and we make no claim that they treat, prevent or help any skin or health condition.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

Accounts

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Content

The text, photographs and marks on this site belong to us or our licensors. Photographs show the products and how they may be used. People in them are models and do not represent customer results.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where the business shown in the footer is located, without limiting any consumer protections in your own state.
