Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in all 50 US states and Washington, DC. We do not ship outside the United States at this time. Carriers for glass and liquids may not deliver to PO boxes, so please give a street address.

When your order leaves us

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days of payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships.

If we cannot ship within that time, we will email you with a new date and you may cancel for a full refund.

Delivery options and costs

Standard delivery costs $9 and arrives 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. It is free on orders over $95 before tax.

Express delivery costs $24 and arrives 2 business days after dispatch for items that can travel by air. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Items that travel by ground

Oxygen brightener and linen water are subject to transport rules for oxidizers and flammable liquids. They travel by ground, even if you choose Express, and the rest of the order may ship separately. Deliveries of these items to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer, and in some cases we may have to contact you to change or refund that part of the order.

Glass and damage in transit

Bottles, jars and the measure are glass. We pack each one to travel, and the carrier is responsible for the parcel while it is in transit. If anything arrives broken or leaking, email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it at no cost. Take care opening a damaged parcel, and keep broken glass and spilled product away from children and pets.

The Beech Drying Rack

The rack ships in one large flat carton. It is delivered to your door, not carried inside. Please check it for damage before signing, where a signature is required.

Lost or late parcels

If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, or a parcel shows as delivered and you cannot find it, contact us and we will work with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or give a full refund.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies, based on your delivery address.
